What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with any item you purchase from us and we will be happy to refund or replace any items that do not fit in their original condition. Returned items must be accompanied by a valid invoice or order number.
All refunds will be made to the original method of payment in the original payment currency.
Promotional items purchased online can be fully refunded by mail by notifying us within 7 days of receipt. Once you notify us, you will have 7 days to return the product to us
Please remember to obtain proof of postage receipt and keep it until your refund is processed.
What are the refund exceptions for purchases?

  1. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if the original packaging has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  2. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or refunds on personalized and perishable items unless the product is faulty.
  3. Items cannot be exchanged by returning them to the warehouse.

What is your Christmas returns policy?
Christmas items purchased between October 31 and December 24 can be returned until January 31 with a valid receipt. In order to serve customers as quickly as possible, our store will not be able to process returns on Boxing Day.

What are my cancellation rights?
You have up to 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to cancel.
In addition to our refund policy, this right does not include items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken or removed), such as lingerie, swimwear, pierced jewelery and any personalized items. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason.
The 7 day cancellation period starts from the day you or a person of your choice (not the delivery person) receives the goods. In order to exercise your legal right to cancel this contract, you need to contact us with a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) and let us know your decision to cancel this contract.
To comply with the deadline, it is enough to post the cancellation notice before the end of the 7 days.
You can cancel via our Contact Us page here. The best way is to go to the “Email Us” box and select “I have a question about my order” as the email subject. Fill in all the details and enter “Cancel Order” in the “Subject” box. Please explain in detail why you canceled the order
